On Friday, August 23, 2024, let us temporarily set aside our busy work and immerse ourselves in a team-building activity filled with joy and challenges.
For this team-building event, we have prepared a series of exciting and interesting games.
For example, "Chopsticks Cup Relay",bite the chopsticks with your mouth, and pass the paper cup forward with the chopsticks. Each group has 8 cups and 8 people; the group that passes the most cups the fastest wins.This game tests everyone's communication, collaboration, and time management skills, just like in our work, where only close cooperation between departments can efficiently complete tasks.
There is also the "Grab the Item Game",where two people stand back to back, and the host gives commands for actions like raising hands, raising feet, touching clothes, touching heads, etc. When the command is to grab, the one who grabs wins. It's not only fun and intense but also trains reaction ability.
"Balloon Stomp" is also not to be missed.Each person ties 3 balloons to their feet and tries to stomp on others' balloons while protecting their own from being stomped.This game seems simple, but it actuallyuses individual or collective confrontation to cultivate flexibility in players, increasing cohesion and centripetal force among the group.
