The China Shipbuilding Special Gas Project undertaken by the company has successfully completed the steel structure hoisting and factory maintenance closure tasks. With the company's professional strength, keen market insight, and efficient execution, it undertook the steel structure and maintenance work for the entire factory area, which is an encouraging achievement. This project not only marks another milestone leap for the company in the field of high-end building materials and electronic gas production facilities but also lays a good foundation for further expansion in the electronic industry, accumulating rich experience. The project team worked tirelessly, united as one, overcoming numerous difficulties, including cross-construction and rainy season operations, ultimately delivering a satisfactory result.
The total investment of this project reached 1.36 billion yuan, with a large scale and complex technology. The project covers an area of 435 acres, including core production workshops such as the electrolysis workshop, nitrogen trifluoride, purification device, and electrolysis workshop, as well as supporting key buildings like the entire factory corridor, power workshop, and command control center, involving a total of 31 building units, with a total construction area of 46,000 square meters. The successful implementation of this project undoubtedly provides the company with an excellent platform to showcase its management, organizational, and construction capabilities.
During the project execution, Dong'an Board ensured the quality of steel structure processing, hoisting, and transportation with its professional technical team, exquisite craftsmanship, and rich experience; maintained aesthetic and waterproof standards; and achieved zero accidents in construction safety, establishing a good brand image for the company. The project commenced construction on schedule in April 2024, with steel structure processing taking 2 months and project installation taking 5 months, achieving a construction output value of 40 million yuan.
The successful implementation of the high-purity electronic gas project relies on the full support and close cooperation of the owner and the general contractor. The management efficiency and excellent style of the general contractor serve as a model for us to learn from. Both parties worked hand in hand, making joint efforts to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
