Pure rock wool board (roof)
This rock wool is not the same as that rock wool: the real rock wool is made from basalt that is melted at a high temperature of over 1200 degrees and then spun into fibers. Its basalt content reaches over 70%. Traditional rock wool is made from slag used in steelmaking, which is then spun into fibers. The technical specifications of the two are vastly different, and the price difference is also significant.

●Rock wool core material: Jinyu Xingpai rock wool, Hongshi brand rock wool.
●This rock wool is not the same as that rock wool: real rock wool is made from basalt melted at over 1200 degrees Celsius and spun into fibers. Its basalt content exceeds 70%. Traditional rock wool is made from steelmaking slag spun into fibers. The technical indicators of the two are vastly different, and the price difference is also significant.
●Appearance: Rock wool is flat and orderly, with uniform color; mineral wool is chaotic and disordered, with varying shades.
●Touch: Rock wool feels soft like cotton; mineral wool is prickly and can cause allergic reactions.
●Slag ball content: low in rock wool; high in mineral wool, which is a direct cause of allergies.
●Thermal conductivity: low in rock wool; high in mineral wool.
